ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a driven, capable, friendly customer success manager to support the growth of Loftium’s Lease program. You’ll be the primary point of contact for Loftium’s customers, including both renters/hosts and landlords, responsible for ensuring their Loftium experience is nothing short of fantastic. You’ll be managing a high volume of inbound support tickets, and going above and beyond to address any concerns, combining both operational efficiency, intelligent realtime decision-making, and a personal touch.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a high-volume of inbound customer support e-mails / tickets
  • Frequent, timely communication with Loftium’s renters / hosts
  • Assisting in month-end financial reconciliation of Loftium’s properties, ensuring hosts receive accurate, timely additional rent discounts and landlords receive timely rent
  • Facilitating communication between Loftium renters and landlords
  • Urgent issue resolution (including occasional after-hours) via e-mail and phone
  • Tracking and categorizing support issues and continuously identifying opportunities to improve our process / product for a stronger customer experience
  • Track listing performance / metrics and work closely with founding team to refine & optimize listing quality
  • Listen to customer feedback and identify opportunities to adapt/improve product offering accordingly

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a driven, capable Operations Manager to drive the growth of Loftium’s Lease program. You’ll be responsible for Loftium's renter placement, with a goal of minimizing vacancy by helping matchmake the right renter with the right home as quickly and efficiently as possible. As with all our roles, you'll be in a position to both execute day-to-day operations as well as help drive the broader strategy of how Loftium approaches renter placement. This role is integral to customer happiness, and it's a blast for people who are efficient, flexible and enjoy making people happy! You'll be on the front lines of delivering on our mission to our customers.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a high-volume of inbound, actively interested Loftium renters
  • Market Loftium homes, including writing content and posting listings to generate renter demand
  • Determine tenant rent rate taking into account property economics (income and cost estimates)
  • Design & work on new projects & experiments to improve renter placement
  • Work closely with product & technology team to further optimize & automate rental signup & placement process
  • Schedule remote showings/tours to place renters
  • Screen and place qualified renters, setup collection of rent and move-in related costs

We’re looking for an experienced first finance/biz ops hire who can identify opportunities to improve cash-flow and profitability, set strategic priorities, and simplify accounting/monthly close and payments. This will be the first dedicated finance hire in a quickly growing company, so you’ll be expected to wear many different hats and touch nearly all areas of the business.

This position is a multi-faceted role that can expand into a Director of Finance position with the company.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze current financial cash flow to identify opportunities to reduce variability.

We’re looking for a motivated, versatile engineer to join our team to play an important role in building Loftium’s core technologies around renter, and our data pipelines. You will report directly to our Chief Architect, and work closely with our Head of Data Science and our product Co-founder. This role is flexible to be front-end or full-stack depending on your experience and goals.

We’re launching our first ever summer internship! You’ll be expected to dive into the operations of an early-stage, venture-backed startup. Each week will be different and you will be pulled into priority experiments and projects as needed. About the role

We’re looking for a driven, capable General Manager to accelerate the growth of Loftium’s Lease program into new geographies. You’ll be responsible for the growth and health of your market, building the supply (properties & landlords) through direct landlord outreach/sales and demand (renter) side of Loftium’s marketplace. You’ll work closely with all of Loftium’s teams, but ultimately hold full responsibility for the performance of Loftium within your market(s).


Responsibilities

  • Own the market: You'll have full responsibility of local operations and market growth. You'll drive early traction and optimize supply and demand sides of your market.
  • Grow your city: Conduct high-frequency, high-volume property outreach. Manage a pipeline of actively interested, high potential homes to add to our platform to achieve our ultimate goal of offering premium homes in high cost cities to our renters.
  • Work cross functionally: Collaborate with customer operations, tech teams and other GMs to continuously improve process efficiency, help scale the business and share best practices with other markets.
  • Build your team: Hire, train and manage an on-the-ground field operations team.
  • Maintain unit economics: Generate rent offers taking into account property economics (income and cost estimates) and present offers to landlords; negotiate rental rates and close properties.
  • Facilitate excellent experiences: Work closely with customer operations team to onboard properties, define and monitor local Airbnb registration processes and to facilitate a fantastic experience for landlords and renters.
