ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a driven, capable, friendly customer success manager to support the growth of Loftium’s Lease program. You’ll be the primary point of contact for Loftium’s customers, including both renters/hosts and landlords, responsible for ensuring their Loftium experience is nothing short of fantastic. You’ll be managing a high volume of inbound support tickets, and going above and beyond to address any concerns, combining both operational efficiency, intelligent realtime decision-making, and a personal touch.

Responsibilities:

- Managing a high-volume of inbound customer support e-mails / tickets

- Frequent, timely communication with Loftium’s renters / hosts

- Assisting in month-end financial reconciliation of Loftium’s properties, 

ensuring hosts receive accurate, timely additional rent discounts and landlords receive timely rent

- Facilitating communication between Loftium renters and landlords

- Urgent issue resolution (including occasional after-hours) via e-mail and phone

- Tracking and categorizing support issues and continuously identifying opportunities to improve our process / product for a stronger customer experience

- Track listing performance / metrics and work closely with founding team to refine & optimize listing quality

- Listen to customer feedback and identify opportunities to adapt/improve product offering accordingly


ABOUT YOU

- You have a proven ability to manage high-volume, high-touch communication

- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- You love making people happy. There’s nothing more satisfying to you than turning an upset customer into a happy, thankful friend.

- You work well under pressure, and are creative & thoughtful in problem-solving

COMPENSATION

$55,000 - $65,000 base salary

$2,000 annual bonus based on performance 

Stock options equivalent to .005% - .02% of the company

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a driven, capable Renter Placement Manager to support the growth of Loftium’s Lease program. You’ll be responsible for placing tenants in Loftium homes with a goal of minimizing vacancy by helping matchmake the right renter with the right home as quickly and efficiently as possible. In the process, you’ll also be building Loftium’s renter waitlist and working closely with both our sales and on-boarding teams to ensure a smooth handoff. This role is integral to customer happiness, and it's a blast for people who are efficient, flexible and enjoy making people happy! You'll be on the front lines of delivering on our mission to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a high-volume of inbound, actively interested Loftium renters

- Market Loftium homes, including writing content and posting listings to generate renter demand

- Determine tenant rent rate taking into account property economics (income and cost estimates)

- Schedule remote showings/tours to place renters

- Screen and place qualified renters, setup collection of rent and move-in related costs

- Prepare and execute leases, clearly communicating terms to prospective renters 

- Communicate closely with renters via calls, texts, emails during the placement process

- Capture renter details and hand off signed properties to account management team

- Track tenant placement performance / metrics and work closely with founding team to refine & optimize the tenant placement strategy

- Listen to customer feedback and identify opportunities to adapt/improve product offering accordingly


ABOUT YOU

- 2+ years experience with a proven track record in a high-volume, high-touch customer facing role

- You love creating value, solving problems and making customers happy

- You work well under pressure, and are creative & thoughtful in problem-solving

- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 

- You're hungry to learn, willing to dive into the deep end, and not afraid to experiment

- Familiar with long-term and short-term renting, Airbnb and the sharing economy

- Willing to work evenings / weekends as needed to make our renters happy and hit our goals!

Bonus:

- Real estate/ leasing/ property management experience

- Marketing or sales background

- Experience has an Airbnb host

- Remodeling / handyman / contractor experience

- You’d like to be a Loftium renter!
